Nirmal Bantiya – Managing Director

A born entrepreneur and gifted with negotiation skills, graduated from MES College, Bangalore. Nirmal started Penguins in 2004 as a corporate gifting company. He was known for his sourcing abilities and critical analysis of business. He was an invitee at IIM-Ahmedabad for a program on SME in 2006. Nirmal manages Institutional Marketing, sourcing and over all operations at Penguins.

Lalit Jain – Head Finance

Lalit was heading finance in a software firm, joined Penguins as a promoter in 2004. He is known for his finance modelling and crisis management. Lalit manages finance function for four diversified business verticals with a robust process for finance controls. Lalit also manages one of our business verticals – corporate campus sales.

M.D Ramanujam – Business Head

Ramanujam started his career with Coca Cola India in its sales function, a graduate from IIMK worked with FMCG giants (Japan Tobacco, British American Tobacco (VST)) as marketing head. In his last stint, he worked with WaterHealth International - an American company in rural water management - managing the marketing operations in India. He joined Penguins as a promoterin 2009, managing Marketing, HR and Business Process.

Anti K Tharayil – Vertical Head – Campus Retail

Graduate from Kerala started his career with his own apparel distribution business in early eighties and has successfully launched VIP and many large brands in Karnataka. He is an entrepreneur for about 22 years with a combination of negotiation skills and problem solving ability. Tharayil joined Penguins as an Operational Head in 2009 currently managing Corporate Campus Sales and Business Development.

Narayan A.R – Advisor - Business Development and SCM

Graduate from APS College, Bangalore and a certified management degree holder from Wolsey hall, Oxford University, U.K. Narayan has worked with large corporate at multifarious roles and has over 35years of experience in sourcing, Material Management, Vendor Management & International Trade. In his last stint he was working with Titan for over two decades. Narayan is the advisor at Penguins, an extravert who interacts well with the people, like to set himself goals and always energetic.
